Our certificates are valid one year from purchase. They’ll find a day.
Is this good for someone with mobility issues?
Step-up boarding, no stairs. Most people manage fine. Call us if there’s a specific concern and we’ll talk through the boarding.
Are there age limits?
Kids 3 and up are welcome. No infants. Ear protection fits down to 3 years old.
What’s the cancellation policy on a gifted tour?
Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before. Weather cancellations from our side rebook for free or full refund, the recipient’s choice.
Do you ship a physical certificate?
We email a printable certificate. If you need a physical one for a card, just ask and we’ll mail it.
